THE FROG AND THE PEACH RECEIVES STANDING OVATIONS
FROM NEW JERSEY DINERS AND ZAGAT SURVEY VOTERS

The votes are in and New Jersey diners are happy.   The AOL Cityguide for North Jersey recently released the results of its reader poll and for the second consecutive year The Frog and The Peach was named Best Restaurant, with the editors noting  “New Brunswick's -- and perhaps the state's -- best restaurant has irreproachably suitable decor and wonderfully balanced food. The Frog and The Peach is a perfectly executed example of a fine, substantial sort of restaurant: straightforward, unpretentious and classy without hauteur, in a specifically American way. The menu is contemporary American, studded with dishes that assimilate flourishes of world cuisine without fuss or strain.”

The recently released Zagat America’s Top Restaurants 2006 has chosen The Frog and The Peach as one of only 1350 restaurants to be included in this nationwide catalogue of top restaurants, noting that The Frog “is an example of excellence on all fronts” with “innovative, brilliantly executed food, top-notch service and a superb wine list.”
