What: Enjoy juicy, ripe New Jersey peaches this summer on Chef Bruce Lefebvre’s 5-course tasting menu (see below). This special menu showcases peaches prepared differently in each course – from raw to grilled and as a salsa, sourced locally from Wemrock Orchards in Freehold.
In addition to the peach menu, sip refreshing peach libations like the Peach Bellini, ABSOLUT-ly Peachy, Peach Fandango, and Georgia Peach Tea and softer options like Purely Peaches.
